[Raar] becomes TC

Hiya All

Well, after EFL finally packed their bags and headed off to Napa there was a huge gaping hole where the ‘Reds’ used to be on Baja. So, for a fun filled 2 weeks SI spawned and spawned and spawned with hardly a single sighting of ‘reds’. Then, one fine day, a Raar appeared at one of our spawn sites. He died. However, being a loyal soldier, he did quickly report back to the Raar braintrust that EFL was in fact gone from the shard and it was now safe to leave Trammel and return to the lands of Felucia. Well, no doubt there was much hemming and hawing as they tried to figure out the best way to make their triumphant return. After all, everyone in Felucia knew that EFL had first, forced Raar to go ‘Blue’ and then, as an added bonus, they all but banished them to Trammel. Sure, they could still be found on their blues at the Felucian banks, but after July 1st 2005, no one in Raar dared venture into Felucia on a Red, nor did they often leave the safety of a guard zone on there blues. Such was their fear of EFL. SI of course, continued to spawn happily away, which would of coarse account for the fact that the EFL world tour stalled on Baja for over 3 and a 1/2 months (about 2 and 1/2 months longer then planned)

But, enough of that. How was Raar going to return to Felucia whilst still bearing the shame of being first, driven to play blues and then secondly, being forced to play in Trammel? Well, for those that have seen this act before, the answer was simple. Change guilds. So, in short order Raar disolved itself and was reborn as ‘TC’. (Been there, done that, read the book, saw the movie bought the t-shirt.) Currently though there numbers are ‘high’, they lack any real organizational punch and are easily routed from the battle field. I believe this is most likely due to the sound thrashing they recieved from EFL. Now, theoretically they should, in time, recover from what are essentially ‘emotional wounds’, but the question still remains as to whether or not they will ever again become a ‘feared’ PK guild.

Now, I know this is written from an SI’s perspective, but that facts are indisputable. When EFL came, Raar tried to fight them with their reds and lost. Then they tried the ‘blue’ route and lost. After that, they simply put there tails between there legs and slithered away. Truthfully, I am very proud of the way SI continued to spawn and fight in the face of, what at times, was overwhelming oppostion from EFL. Still, SI’s would not give up. During the time of EFL we continued to spawn our 2 harrowers per week, as we have done for the last 3 years. We continued to do our recruit night spawns and while we often had to change tactics and prepare for various contingencies, we never stopped spawning, not once in the 3 and 1/2 months that EFL visited our lands.

Everyone who was in SI at this time should certainly take a bow.

Well Done!!!
